Up close to the sharks
3 trips with three great sharks we all know: 3 females, 3 mothers-to-be. A whale shark, a great white and a hammerhead. They are about to embark on an incredible journey to give birth. By anchoring our story in 3 species well known to the general public, we create an immediate hook with viewers.
They take us through different marine ecosystems where we encounter a multitude of marine species, allowing us to show a greater variety of situations.
We follow a hammerhead shark across the Pacific, taking us to the incredible Galapagos Islands and the Colombian coast. A whale shark takes us from the Great Barrier Reef to Papua, and finally, a great white shark from the South African coast to Australia.
3 overlapping journeys to reinforce the diversity of sequences, situations and behaviors. In each sequence, our 3 traveling sharks face MAJOR CHALLENGES: crossing the ocean, finding routes, hunting prey, seducing a mate and avoiding traps and enemies.
traps and enemies.
Our services for this project
What they say about our services
I was delighted to work with Xavier and his team on a complex and ambitious shoot in the Galapagos. Xavier and Pierre did a superb job of preparation and were excellent travel companions. Bonne Pioche will no doubt continue to collaborate with them on future shoots in this region.
