Invitation to travel
Off the coast of Ecuador lie the volcanic Galapagos Islands. Charles Darwin set foot here for the first time in 1835 and discovered a unique flora and fauna. This voyage was to provide the inspiration for his revolutionary theory of evolution. In his wake, adventurers and scientists flocked to the archipelago, making it one of the world’s most fantasized places.
